Flanders District, @ 0400 hrs B-21, B-27, & B-200 responded to a car into a tree on Laural Hill Drive. On arrival found one SUV had struck a tree on the front lawn of 48 Larual Hill Dr. One occupant was transported. Police investigation proved that vehicle involved in accident was taken w/out owners permission.
